Pastor Accused Of Sexual Contact With Two Underage Girls In Clifton

CLIFTON, N.J. — A Union City pastor was charged with having sexual contact with two teenage congregants in Clifton over a two-year-period.

Vicitacio Rivas-Valle, 68, was ordered held on $50,000 bail, charged with two counts each of sexual contact and child endangerment, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said on Friday.

The girls are now 13 and 16, Valdes said.
